All payments are processed through Stripe. You are responsible for all charges associated with your chosen subscription, and all fees are non-refundable.
Feedbackninja does not offer refunds for any payments made. Once a subscription fee is charged, it cannot be reversed.

Feedbackninja reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or misuse the service. Upon termination, you will lose access to all data and services associated with your account.
All materials provided through Feedbackninja, including software, documentation, and AI-generated insights, are the exclusive property of Feedbackninja and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials without express permission.
You retain ownership of any feedback content you collect and submit via the Feedbackninja widget. However, you grant Feedbackninja a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use this content solely for service improvement and analytics.
Feedbackninja is committed to protecting your data. We collect and use personal information according to our Privacy Policy, and we take measures to safeguard user data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Feedbackninja is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. In no event shall Feedbackninja, its affiliates, or its partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or revenue, arising out of the use or inability to use the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Feedbackninja service shall be resolved in the courts located in Sweden.
Feedbackninja reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email or service notifications. Continued use of the service after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Feedbackninja does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. No refunds will be issued due to service interruptions, maintenance, outages, or company closure, including bankruptcy. Feedbackninja shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, governmental actions, or technical failures.
Feedbackninja is a product developed and owned by Dreamnocs AB, a company based in Sweden. All rights, intellectual property, and legal responsibilities regarding Feedbackninja belong to Dreamnocs AB. By using Feedbackninja, you acknowledge that the service is operated under Dreamnocs AB' legal entity and that all business-related inquiries, payments, and responsibilities are managed by Dreamnocs AB.
